RENDER WRANGLER INTERN 

loura Sydney is currently seeking a Render Wrangler Intern to join their team. The successful applicant will participate in the support of render related workflow. 

They will have the following attributes:

Being a post graduate or near post graduate in a computer related discipline is advantageous

Knowledge of 3D/2D software ( Maya,Nuke ) would be useful

Scripting language experience ( Python, Perl. Php, Bash )

Previous experience in a technical support position advantageous

Understanding of VFX and render pipeline is favourable

Programming or scripting experience is favourable

An approachable, proactive and problem solving attitude

Ability to self manage, prioritise and work to deadlines.

Work well within a team environment.

Ability to work out of normal normal office hours

RENDER WRANGLER TD

Iloura Film is currently recruiting for a Render Wrangler TD. This is an entry level position however we encourage experienced Render Wranglers to apply. The opportunity exists to develop your skills beyond this role longer term. The successful applicant will be required to monitor and correct issues on the render farm and prepare reports.

To be successful in this position we are looking for applicants with the following:

Programming or python scripting skills are essential.

Familiarity with 3DS Max and Maya.

Experience in a feature film VFX facility is advantageous.

A degree in computer science or background in IT is advantageous.

Willingness to work late shifts.

Have a proactive and problem solving attitude.

Have a desire to learn and develop professionally.

Be organized and able to work well within a team.

Iloura Sydney, is currently recruiting for experienced Lighters, to work on Gods of Egypt, with the following skills:

Having a background in Maya and experience in Katana desirable but not necessary as we can train

Strong experience using one or more of the following renderers PRman,V-Ray, and Mantra.

Experience in lighting digital characters, photorealistic & CG environments.

A solid understanding in shader/material creation, assembly and optimisation.

Being proficient with a compositing package such as Nuke, with a solid understanding of multi-pass compositing techniques is essential.

Minimum 3 years production experience in the film industry.

An approachable, proactive and problem solving attitude.

Ability to self manage, prioritise and work to deadlines.

Work well within a team environment.

MATCHMOVERS

Iloura Sydney is recruiting for short term contracts for an immediate start in Matchmove. Candidates must have the following attributes:

In depth knowledge and experience with Matchmove software (3dequalizer preferred).

Film experience and in particular tracking stereo plates highly preferred.

Thorough knowledge of Maya & Nuke.

Ability to create spatially accurate tracks of live-action shots, including camera tracking, object tracking.

Ability to create accurate rotomation of actors as well as deforming geometry to match soft body objects.

Experience using survey, LIDAR, civetta, 3D Scans etc for producing pipeline assets

Good understanding of the relationship between real world cameras

and lenses

Layout and modelling skills also desirable.

Attention to detail.

Have a proactive and problem solving attitude.

Ability to work to deadlines.

Work well within a team.
