Work closely and with direction from the Senior, Team lead for high quality visual effects.

Responsibilities:

Experience with quality improvement tools and techniques for a manufacturing/production environment
Knowledge of proactive preventive measures and corrective actions to assure continuous improvement
Ability to runs on high yield production
Expertise in developing control and process improvements that improves the overall quality
Ability to clearly communicate/document test methods, protocols, reports and conclusions
Creation of documentation
Assist in creation of efficient processes through hands-on development and training

: Render Wrangler - Junior


Responsibilities:

Monitor the Rush render queue
Monitor the Rush Submit operation
Monitor, diagnose and resolve/escalate malfunctioning farm hosts
Keep the render farm running at maximum capacity
Identify and report trends and potential problems
Update shot directories
Work with production to forecast render resource needs
Update and maintain the Rush job priorities according to Head of Production Supervisor

: Texture Artist - Lead 


Responsibilities :
  • Team Leader will be in charge of leading the texturing/shading aspects of the show. He/She will work in collaboration with the art director to set the quality level of the show and to respect the artistic vision of the TV Series/Game/Feature Film. The person will also be in charge of training junior artists and be the mentor for the team.
  • Work with the following departments like shading, animation, Lighting & R&D to determine style, look and level of quality for the show.
  • Handle technical aspects of show creation such as pipeline concerns, assets build with optimum efficiency.

Requirements :
  • Minimum 6 years of industry experience.
