Job Specification

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Demonstrate a diverse portfolio.

Bachelor’s (BA) degree in Fine Art, Computer Graphics or related field preferred; or equivalent professional experience.

Senior Level experience (one or more feature film credits in Character Design) will be an added advantage.

Job Description

Create characters that articulate the Director’s vision for the production

Expert understanding of character design and needs of the animation process to design characters

Develop character’s looks, personalities, movements and expressions

Design characters that can be maintained throughout the production

Ensure that creative and technical staff have sufficient information about the characters throughout the production process

Understanding of form, composition, and use of detail

Good interpersonal and communications skills

Self managing, Self organized with good time management.

Must be able to identify and meet goals
